Associate Member: Your company is a supplier to auto glass, auto recycling, collision repair, licensed motor dealership, mechanical repair, or towing businesses, and wishes to support the association and its members. Associate Members shall be entitled to all privileges of full members except for voting, holding elected office, or any other privileges of membership as may be denied to them by the Board of Directors.

All membership fees are subject to 5% GST. The amount shown for monthly fees includes GST, whereas annual fees will have the GST added to the total while in the PayPal payment screen. Monthly fees also include a $2/month processing fee.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I/we authorize the payee to debit my/our account as indicated in the completed relevant fields in this form (bank institution number, transit number, account number), under the terms and conditions agreed to by me/us with the payee, until such time as written notice to the contrary is given. Further, I/we authorize the collection and storage of such financial and business information as may be required for the automatic debit process by the Automotive Retailers Association, so long as I/we remain on the Pre-Approved Payment Plan. I/we acknowledge that delivery of my/our authorization to the payee constitutes delivery by me/us to the branch of the financial institution/s at which I/we maintain an account, and that such financial institution/s is/are not required to verify the payment/s is/are drawn in accordance with the authorization. Termination of the authorization does/may not terminate the contract for goods or services exchanged. I/we will notify the payee in writing of any changes in the account information or termination of this authorization prior to the next due date of the pre-authorized debit. I/we warrant that all persons whose signature(s) are requested to sign on this account have signed this agreement.I/we hereby authorize the Automotive Retailers Association to process a debit in paper, electronic or other form, in the amount as indicated on the completed ARA Membership Application form, monthly on the first day of each month. I/we understand that for applications received before the 15th of the month, there will be a one-time doubling of the payment in the subsequent month to cover the first month’s payment due. I/we understand that the monthly amount may be increased/decreased at a future date, in accordance with the rates set by the ARA membership at an Annual General Meeting.

Branch/Cross-Division Membership

A Branch Member is another location owned and operated by a Full Member, or which operates under the logo/banner of a Full Member. A Full Member whose scope of business spans two or more ARA divisions (business types) can become a member of each of those divisions with a Cross-Division Membership. These add-on memberships are available to ARA Full Members in good standing, at no additional charge.
