Help: Logging on to the Members’ Area of the website

To access the Member-only area of the ARA website, you must first register. This is a one-time process and you need to have your six-digit ARA membership number handy. This is NOT your Group Benefits Plan number – that is a different number.

When you click the red “Login” button, look to the left and you’ll see some text on a blue background. Follow the instructions…if it is your first time attempting to log on, you will need to register:


Enter your 6-digit ARA Membership number, then the email address and password you wish to use. If your ARA membership number is less that six digits, add zeros to the beginning to make it six digits.


The email address you submit will become your user ID for all future access to the Member-only area. Type the anti-spam characters you see and click Submit.

Once your registration is submitted you can begin using your newly created user ID (email address) and password immediately. When you do so, you will see a disclaimer. Check the box to agree with the disclaimer and click Submit. You will then be taken to the home page of the Members’ Area.

Note: only one user ID and password per membership. If other people in your organization need access you must share your user ID and password with them.
