Collision Repair Division

The Collision Repair Division (CRD) represents the interest of auto body shop businesses in B.C., including serving on the ICBC liaison committees. The CRD provides input on behalf of the industry to ICBC policies, such as standards of performance, shop labour, parts and materials rates. The CRD is proud of its Certified Collision Repair (CCR) program, an industry-led initiative to certify auto body repair facilities that achieve and maintain the highest standards in accurate and safe repairs, product expertise, customer service, and business practices, thereby ensuring that consumers can have peace of mind when they require collision repair services.
