ARA and AutoHouse Technologies to Launch Performance Group

With the new ICBC Collision Repair program rolling out soon, there will be added focus on shop performance with respect to attaining Tier One status. Shop owners and managers will need to understand how to improve operational performance and factor in the requirements to achieve recognition.

The ARA is hosting an information session on November 28, 3 to 5 pm, in the ARA training room, to introduce AutoHouse Technologies and its unique concept in performance groups.

Through its performance analytics software platform, AutoHouse Technologies helps collision repairers streamline operations, improve accountability and increase profitability. Performance group participants receive an in-depth analysis of operational KPI’s, touch times, severities, and repair segmentation. With the baseline analysis in hand, an expert change management facilitator and coach creates a customized change management plan that provides the tools to effectively communicate and implement the necessary changes at the facility.

Also, industry partners Color Compass and BASF will provide performance group participants with access to change management consultants, the KUBE inventory management system, and KUBE Pro, a material analytics platform that when combined with Autohouse Technologies Generis production data provides instant and accurate consumption KPI’s in real time.

ICBC’s new Collision Repair program is looking to rank industry. Do you want to be one of the best?
