Event Description:

You’re invited to the Women and Diversity in the Automotive and Powersports Industry Event!

The ARA is hosting this event to celebrate women and diversity, engage employers and those looking to pursue a career in the automotive and powersports industry, and open the conversation on how to promote diversity and encourage inclusivity.

The ARA has engaged professionals from across the industry—shop owners and technicians to instructors and executives—to inspire the next generation entering into this exciting industry and discuss topics such as:

  • Promoting women and diversity in the automotive industry;
  • Face the challenges and myths of entering the sector;
  • Fair education and career path;
  • Diversity and equality in the workforce;
  • How to be successful;

This event is an opportunity to bring everyone together, support each other, recognize your employee’s efforts, talk to potential new hires, and network within the industry.
