Auto Glass Division Info

The ARA Automotive Glass Division represents the interests of auto glass repair businesses in B.C. and serves on the liaison committee with ICBC. It is through this committee that ICBC standards of performance and shop labour and parts pay rates are negotiated on behalf of the industry. The Glass Division also participates in steering committees for various education institutions with respect to auto glass and upholstery training programs. We also administer the Idustry Certified Autoglass Program (ICAP), an industry initiative to certify autoglass service providers who have achieved and maintain high standards in product expertise, customer service and business practices. The purpose of the program is to ensure our customer, the vehicle owner, receives efficient automotive glass repair/replacement work which meets the highest industry standards for quality, safety and service.
