ARA News: B.C. Expands Slow Down Move Over Awareness Efforts Outside of Industry

ARA President Ken McCormack discussed the Slow Down Move Over law and towing and recovery operator certification at the 2016 B.C. Chiefs of Police Traffic Safety Conference.

image4The ARA was recently invited to present to members of the British Columbia Association of Chiefs of Police (BCACP) at their Annual Traffic Safety Conference on the topics of the Slow Down Move Over campaign and the ARA’s proposed towing and recovery operator certification program.

ARA President Ken McCormack presented on behalf of the association’s towing & recovery division. RoadSafetyBC and Commercial Vehicle Safety Enforcement (CVSE) were among those in attendance.
