ARA Completes 5-Year Strategic Plan

The ARA recently completed a "Governance review" and published its 2010-2014 Strategic Plan. This was the result of a yearlong effort by the ARA Board of Directors and some of the ARA staff, and it is the first time in the history of the ARA that a Governance review and development of a Strategic Plan had been undertaken.

Looking for service and repair information?

The Canadian Automotive Service Information Standard (CASIS) provides a framework for Canadian automobile manufacturers to share their service and repair information with the automotive aftermarket industry on a level equivalent to that of their authorized dealers. The ARA played a lead role in reaching the CASIS Agreement and all the resources you need to take advantage of it are available at the National Automotive Trades Association website.
