In addition to the ARA board of directors, each ARA division has a chairman and its own directors. These folks are independent business people from the segment of the industry their ARA division represents. They volunteer their time to work on projects as decided upon by the board and the members. Each division is also assigned a consultant to work with the division board and members to carry out division initiatives. Our division consultants are seasoned industry professionals themselves. They are paid staff, working out of the ARA office, and they report to the Executive Director. Members are encouraged to communicate with their division consultants when they need information or advice, or just to keep in touch with what's happening in their segment of the industry.
